Illine Voegtlin, Office Manager and Paralegal

Ms. Voegtlin holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Bridgewater State College. She is a consummate "people person" whose expertise is understanding and listening.

Her people skills have been honed over twenty years in the retail industry managing large retail establishments such as Lechmere and Staples. However, she required more. Having been a office manager/paralegal, she is an adept liaison between clients and this office, their medical providers and even their opponents.

She knows when to turn down the heat and when to turn it up. She is always "johnny on the spot" anticipating a client’s needs from everything to coordinating medical appointments to child visitation; usually before a client knows what they need.
